Are there items you would not like?

Simply, just let us know. If there are any brands or items you would not like, leave this information in your order notes. To do this select 'view cart' and you'll see the 'order notes' box. We will never send you an item you do not want.  

What if you do not like the items in your Drip Box?

If you do not like the items in your Drip Box we will replace them! We only issue refunds if you request to cancel BEFORE we dispatch or if there is a problem with the items sent e.g wrong size. For item exchanges, you would need to cover the small shipping fee back to the address provided, but this will be cancelled out from us shipping the next items back out to you free of charge (after we have received and checked the items returned).
